There are apps for seemingly every aspect of your life. However, there are at least five that can make a real difference in terms of how you organize and manage what you do every day. By getting these five apps to organize your life, you can make the most out of your day.

1) Evernote

Writing down notes is one of the keys to staying organized and now you can do it right on your mobile device thanks to Evernote. You can take pictures, set reminders, write or sketch ideas, and even record audio to remind you of what needs to be accomplished. Evernote is cheap and even the Premium versions are well worth the small amount of money needed to maintain them. If you are looking for ways to organize your life, Evernote is a great place to start.

2) LastPass

This app will organize all your passwords so you only need to remember one of them, the last one you used. That way, all your sites, apps, and accounts stay fully protected with complex passwords while you only have to remember one to access them all. This is because LastPass automatically logs you in using a different password for each account, app, or site if you so desire while you only have to keep one password in mind. Of course, it better be a password that you do not forget.

3) Mint

Run by the same people who created QuickBooks and TurboTax, Mint is your financial planner in digital form. Once you set it up with your credit card and banking information, Mint will keep track of all your transactions which means that you can stay on top of your budget. No more surprises as this app eliminates the delays in looking over your finances. Also, it offers a great way to set goals when saving up for a big vacation and you can track your credit score as well.

4) Pocket

This app lets you quickly bookmark that interesting story or fascinating video that you do not have time to peruse now. That way, something that catches your attention can be viewed at a time of your convenience instead of being put aside and forgotten. This is the perfect app when on break or traveling by public transit to and from work.

5) ShoeBoxed

Business receipts can be tough to keep track of – especially if you are traveling. With Shoeboxed, you can keep track of all your expenses quickly and easily using the ShoeBoxed app. It takes pictures of all receipts, keeps track of your mileage, and can create expense reports so you know where you can be reimbursed. This is perfect for those who are self-employed to keep track of their purchases while those in a group working for the company can keep up with who paid for what so that the bill can be shared equally at a later time.
